Silly kids, kickball is for adults! The kindergarten clan of team Kick N Da Balls (3-1-0) finally suffered their first loss of the season. The team that took KNDB over their knee, for a good ol' fashion whoopin', was the far more experienced and skillful Balls & Dolls (4-0-0).
Although KNDB lost the much anticipated match-up, they did exceptionally well considering they were playing a more far superior opponent. The final score was a very close 2-1 with the advantage going to the Balls & Dolls. Picking up a win against the Bs&Ds would have secured KNDB's status as contenders and not pretenders. They were on their way to sitting pretty for the championship tourney but with only 7 regular season games, one loss can make you or break you.
Now the crazy kiddos find themselves only one win ahead of some solid teams such as the Family Jewelz and Viscious & Delicious. Both these teams are looking sharp and playing great kickball. What is even more impressive is that Viscious & Delicious is a rookie team and seem to be handling their first kickball season very well. They have a very good chance at securing a tournament birth, in fact I expect this team to finish 2nd in Group C.
In addition, although Los Totally Awesomes Too have only one win, they still are in the running to catch up and earn one of the top three spots in Group C. So the Kick N Da Balls have their work cut out for them. While the Balls & Dolls are about to set their season on cruise control and start planning for the championship tourney. These next three weeks should be exciting.

This is josele of kndb. First of all, the final score was 2 1. Not a spanking. And they were missing their starting Catcher (me). When we play them again in the playoffs things will be different. We're still gunning for the shockers.

Alrite one person wants to call us out and say no coach which I personally cant fight cuz im noone to say what a good or bad coach is when it comes to kickball, no pitcher when im sure if u'd actually watch our games or go see us play u'd see the other team be lucky to score one run or plainly just kick the ball for tht matter unless they put up a 4, and finally super bad outfield? are u kiddin me?!? lol u kno she really is loca when she says tht cuz if someone is lucky enough to kick it into the outfield, which has happened maybe 5 times max the whole season, ive happened to catch 3, another player 1, and one did fall but we relayed it in and still got the out to end the game. . so idk what u call a record of 4-1 but tht sounds pretty damn good to me. Now another talks on class clowns and makes his team seem like theyre the best when they lose to a team who i believe is 3-1-1? come on buddy seriously ha. and now the only team we lost to is 1 of the 2 teams still undefeated, so a loss by 1 point i can be damn proud of cuz as far as ive heard the shockers got whooped on by them drunkn munkyz. . so yes SHOCKERS, we are gunnin for you and i cant wait for the day we meet on the field so us silly kids can show them shockers what a real game of kickball is like. Big James should be there to watch it too
hey raul, i thought everybody had already established that you all didnt have comp in your division!! except balls and dolls, which you all lost to!!...usually i just read these things and laugh but you all are really starting to get on my last nerve...you all suck! get over it!...you know that one game you all desperately NEEDED to win to prove yourselfs finally came and you all blew it!! yes, you all lost by one run, so freakin what!? you guys still LOST!! haha...you all always say and i quote 'to be the best, you gotta beat the best' and im sorry but you guys couldn't even beat the 3rd best!!! haha what makes you think you can hang with the big dogs!?! teams like the drunken monkeyz might get understimated cause they only have 8 players out on the field or they look like a bunch scrubs but dont be fooled...as youve seen looks can be deceiving =]...and you all brag about being the youngest team in the league and how you all have more energy than the rest of the teams blah blah blah but at the end of the day you all still lost to a team full of 'old' people...people that have aches and pains hahahaha!!...you guys SUCK [period]...you can talk shit whenever you all beat top teams but till then shut your mouths cause nobody wants to hear it!!!

why is it we "NEEDED" to win against balls and dolls? i mean apparently weve already proved ourselves when people realize, blog about the baby team in SCK, and continue to say things. i get it yes were young and all, no one is bragging on that, its just cute how people blog about our team, bet against us, say so much on and off the field and when we decide to go with it and have a little fun with this "young" label thats bein pressed on us, were bragging? seriously thats weak ha!but its all good, we'll take whatever comes our way and continue to do what we've been doing.

hey we didn't ask for the attention. we got singled out in the first place for having a young team! So we're just gunna roll with it. you guys can say whatever you want!
yea we did lose to balls and dolls. we didn't play well and lost. it happens to every team! we came back the following week and won and this week we played with 8 men against a team that was beginning to make a run in the division. we came back from 6-0 to win. we will always play our hardest.
and anonymous yeah I, Oscar the coach said those things about having youth and energy...afterall we're just a bunch of kids ;)

Haha looks like I got a fan =D I don't think rich likes me much because he hasn't posted any of my comments up lately but ok I'll try to be nicer... Only thing I got to say in all this is Jose, this other person is pointing out that your division just simply can't score points, rich might post that this division has scored 150 points but really of course lower teams are gonna score more against the other lower teams there just no defense there. You had only allowed 3 runs but balls n dolls have only allowed one so really it's just all those teams have no offense when it comes to the decent or good teams... I'm not hating on your team so don't get the wrong idea I'm just stating the obvious, and the obvious is that your team would be nothing without you and Raul, you guys are what makes the team win or lose... If you all had kicked better like you usually do then you wouldve beat balls n dolls... Your team will be a top dawg on defense when you all start playing the group A teams because that's where the real defense is check out the top 4 teams allowing I believe only 43 runs total with obviously some of the best offenses in the league now that's true defense.. I like this new team, still hating on the old "ERA" except drunken monkeyz =D! Haterville!!!!

I usually don't like to get involved in the commentary because then I get accused of having favorites. Which is absolutely ridiculous, but it doesn't matter to me, so be it.
Here is the thing, calling KNDB the kids of the league was suppose to be a term of endearment. It wasn't meant to be a slighted remark. I still don't understand why it is taken in that context. KNDB is part of the kickball family, they are just the younger brothers and sisters of the fam.
Check it out, the Shockers, Balls & Dolls, I'd Hit It will all tell you the same thing. We all talk a little bit of friendly smack between the teams. Nobody takes it personal, thats how you know you are part of the family team. So relax kiddos, chin up, you are doing great. You dont have to prove anything to anyone. So don't sweat it. Just keep putting up those wins.
On a side note, I dont dislike haterville. I dont even know who it is. The reason sometimes I wont post a comment if its 90% pointless smack. Bring in some good discussion, yes you can add some smack but add in some value. The last post was pretty good. It had some stats, some logic, and some smack. Thats the direction we should be going.

i agree but just to point out that KNDB is not just about raul or rodriguez that makes the team win or loose. you are forgetting about the guy that makes the most outs for the team and that fools name is well idk but he has some crazy long curly hair, he looks way better than slash man he is a rockstar i think his name is Kelvin, or calvin but dang that guy always gets on base everytime he goes up to plate. And he always catches the ball when playing third.. and 2 weeks ago when i was spectating the game he was the first one to make the hard slide to home, but got out. that fool has guts, and he is fast too.... so he too is what makes the team win or loose...
and dont forget about that other dude who pitches he has a mean curve. and the girls man that one girl that i think she is related to kelvin man she can take a HIT!!! i saw her get tackle down on first and plus she can catch darn good. and the other girl who plays next to curly hair hot guy, she has her days that makes the team get inspiration and makes the team do great.. and the guy that plays left field has her back for when she cant get to the ball. thats what you call defense. so everyone who plays in KNDB is what makes their team so bad ass.. but if you want to know who the best are i say its
