Before the Spring '11 King of Kickball tourney, IJK made a huge emphasis on how big this season's title would be for any of the kickball teams. This was the biggest kickball season El Paso has ever seen. The league was stacked with 28 teams, featuring the best kickball talent in town. Any team worth a lick was playing in Sun City Kickball's spring season. This season eliminates any doubt on who the best kickball team in El Paso is. The answer simply is Balls to the Wall.
Now I know the kickballers are wondering, "Why did it take so long for IJK to acknowledge Balls to the Wall's accomplishment?" I wish I had a simple answer, but there is none. It had nothing to do with "being bitter." Seasons come and seasons go. Teams win, teams lose, and the world keeps turning. In all honest I wasn't sure on what to say.
The simple fact is this...the Balls to the Wall deserve all the credit in the world. They are, in fact, the Kings of Kickball. There is no denying them that. I will be the first person to say that isn't fair to the rest of the Balls to the Wall players. I know many of them personally and they are all awesome folks. They deserve all the credit in the world. They've earned it.

I would like to start by saying I am very impressed with your elegant, eloquent and exquisite use of the English language, you managed to use all the vulgar language in YOUR vocabulary. And for that I applaud you. how do u do it!,
I am appalled by your lack of respect and professionalism, especially when your such a big part of the SUn city kickball world. I truly expected more as a role model to all current and future kickball players. You lead by example -- what a mentor!!!! I am once again disappointed in your actions, if you cannot put personal differences of character aside ( I was only stating my opinion) then truly you are the one with thin skin.
Because I am a grown up, I would NEVER address to you in such an impolite and improper manner. As an adult I understand that there are differences of opinion and we agree to disagree something that u have FAILED to comprehend.
In conclusion, all I wanted to do is congratulate my team Balls to the Wall and recognize their hard work and team effort.

Dam you guys blog fast.Well hands down the ship was a great game. Both teams deserved to be there. That game came down to the first team to mess up. Now about my team everyone plays different. Everyone gets motivated differently. My team runs their mouths proudly to those who ask for it! And as far as the bottle, that was all me! No one put me up to it or anything. I just lost it and had enough of all the shit talking! Thin skin or not everyone has their limits! We're a great team. I don't care if you like us or not. Beat us on the field and you'll have our respect and our attention. But to be little the game with teams coming together for the wrong reasons! To yell and poke at us while we play lol... nice! Well everyone has the right to act like an ass! I'll be the first to raise my hand to that. I guess all I got left to say is good luck next season and we'll be waiting for you guys! For those who like/stand us good luck and hope to have some drinks with you guys. And for the rest, two fingers up and hope we play against you! Ya'll be easy til next season!

Yeah I gots to agree with Hugo 69. This blog was totally unnecessary. If the guy or girl who rights these blogs is anything of importance to this league like he mentioned then I'm not cool with that. I'm only a rookie and might not know much but be more professional you are only making your league look bad like that. Congratulations to the champions and coaches as well. I wish I could've seen the game but I had to work.
I don't think Rick & Hugo are the only competitive "douchbags" on the team...its the WHOLE TEAM.. and you know what...they are proud of it.. it is what it is..so get over it! Stop being such a crybaby ..let them be who they are..they are Champions! They didn't get to where they are at by being NICE.. they get under ppl's skin an that's what works for them... props to them!

Alright alright alright so what I wrote wasn't cool, nor professional, and fine, it was down right disrespectful. Again, Mr. Hugo, you are right. I can't believe I just said that, but you're right.
What I wrote came from an angry place. It's no excuse, I said what I said and I'll own it.
However don't act like you are completely innocent. You act fool at times and have choice words for certain coaches. So let's not pretend we both don't say stupid things. We have all been told since we were little, "If you don't have anything to say, don't say anything at all." I should have taken that advice.
The bigger point is I'm not bitter, I just lost my patience for you and your homie. Granted I should have been an adult about it.
So I'm willing to publicly apologize to you and your coach and continue to agree to disagree on just about everything. I'll extend my hand, if you are willing to take it and agree to move on.
Oh and to the concerned rookie kickballers: yes I'm in fact founder of SCK. I use to be on the board as the president and league commissioner, but currently hold no office.
I apologize for the dribble you had to witness. I'm getting cranky and fustrated in my old age, but that's no excuse.
A couple of things to remember...
Don't let Mr. Hugo fool you. He is not the model kickball citizen he would have you believe. He knows it too.
Second, IJK is geared towards the more "dedicated" kickballer. It is not the faint of heart. the tite of the blog is suppose to be funny, because it never is JUST kickball. Please know that is an independent blog and not an official blog of SCK. However we primarily talk about SCK.
All I have to say is that it was cool you guys came out to celebrate our 2nd place =P
I also liked how both teams got together to yell KING OF KICKBALL after the game. That was nice I think. I wonder of anyone noticed...

Is it everyones first time to IJK? Why is everyone surprised with Richs latest creation? I thought is was pretty entertaining. Dude always has good opinions, but thats all this blog is based on...OPINIONS. Weve posted, ok Ive posted worse garbage on this blog. IJK is not affiliated with SCK so we can post pretty much what we see fit. But just because its on the blog it does noT make it gospel. And if you all are looking for a role model, Rich is the wrong man for the job. Go check out Tom Brady or maybe Obama if your so starved for guidance. With all that out of the way, I do have to agree with Ballz to the Wall having thin skin. My Shocker brethren and have been taking that kind of heat for a while now. So the crowd is acting a fool and taking shit...big freakin' deal! Use it, feed on it and do what you do. Rick might go over board with some of his celebrations, but if everyone doesnt like them then do something about it. Beat him, until then he has the ultimate final word...SCORE BOARD!

Ok so I had originally said I would not post to personal attacks on the blog, and wasn't going to but I did try calling rich last night to straighten this out cuz I believe it has gotten a bit outta hand, but I ddn get an answer or a call back so now I gotta post my opinion..and before u read this just know I'm not an angel it nothing even close to that, as a matter a fact I can be a but of a douche bag as anyone else can be as well. First of all becks I'm a bitch? Damn that's a bit harsh, I really thought we were cool, but I guess u gotta be biased when it comes to ur man so no offense taken. But anyway let's date back to the remix season. During that season rich was umping and I remember everyone was talking shit like usual and believe me it was all fun n games it was funny I just talked shit back, not once did I approach rich about him letting them run their mouths or complain about it, like I said all fun n games to me.. then came the I'd hit it game this season and same thing ppl started talking shit but this time we started yelling back as a team to get motivated ( that's just who I am and who my team Is. It lights a fire in our ass). So then comes the mid season awards where we happened to be the only ones to get a negative award which many ppl that weren't on my team also thought it was wrong I approached rich about it, and he had based it on Hugo and my attitude at the id hit it game ( which he wasnt even there for) so we fixed it thru the phone. Once again I never told him why do u let ur teams do that cuz I know he has NO CONTROL over it. I just simply told him were gonna talk back. So then comes this championship game and same thing happens again, ppl started talking booing name calling, lit another fire in our ass and we won. Now becks I told rich I have no respect for him because how is he gonna support ( not let) them talk shit. That's what bugged me. How is someone so important to the league gonna take pics of someone else's trophy when he knew we were already gonna win with the crowd that had been talking shit to us the whole game? That's what I found disrespectful. That's what I ddn like.. like I said I know he has no.control in stopping them but don't support. I've seen Oscar be around that and when it happens he walks away and has no part in it, why does he have to? And if u think that's funny or.its just a.joke my team ddn.think.so and ddn like It. Look I thought me and rich were cool but I.guess not and that's fine by me ill extend my hand out to u as well rich and we don't have to be cool after this but I'm willing to squash anything as I believe and hope this was a misunderstanding but this Is just so.everyone knows where I'm coming from. This is not a personal attack to anyone this is just what i feel and wanted to clear the air.. thanks to.nadia and Oscar for congratulating us and inviting.us to their cookout and to anybody who did or does mean the congrats to us cuz it wasnt an easy road.
